What is Cpoints?

Cpoints is an awesome way to put money back in your pocket when you use our PuntoMio service.

All you need to do is sign up for Cpoints and be eligible to start receive your Cpoints.

Does it cost anything to become a Cpoints member?

No, it’s FREE.

 

How do I apply for Cpoints?

The member will automatically qualify for the Loyalty Program immediately after registration. The moment a member for the first time redeems his or her Cpoints, he or she agrees to the Terms and conditions set out in this document.

 

I don’t remember my password. What now?

Click on the ‘SIGN IN’ button on the top right corner. Fill in your e-mail address and then click ‘Forgot password?’ You will receive an e-mail with instructions of how to reset your password.

 

How do I change my password?

Click on the ‘SIGN IN’ button on the top right corner. Fill in your e-mail address and password. On ‘My Account’ page, click ‘Change Password’.

 

When do I receive my membership card?

Membership cards will be available after one week of signing up. Your membership card is free.

You can pick up your card at the branch that you normally pick up your items.

 

I lost my Cpoints membership card, how do I get a new one?

 

Visit us or send us an e-mail at customerservice@cpostint.com with your personal information (Name & PuntoMio account number) and we’ll take care to make a new one for you.

A charge of NAf. 15.00 is applicable for lost membership cards.

 

EARN Cpoints

 

How do I earn Cpoints?

 

You can earn Cpoints by:

Signing up: 500 cpoints

Pick up your PuntoMio packages. Cpoints will be awarded per package based on the weight of the package

 

Will my earned Cpoints expire?

 

If no points are credited to your account in a consecutive 18-month period your account will be considered inactive.

Points accrued shall be subject to expiration if an account has been given the status of inactive.

Unused Cpoints will expire after one year. Cpoints will be redeemed according to the "first in, first out" principle.

 

If I’ve earned Cpoints on a package which afterwards it appears that it was received in a damaged condition, will I lose my Cpoints?

 

Yes. Damaged packages will be compensated according to our general Terms and Conditions.

 
 
 

REDEEM Cpoints

 

How do I redeem my Cpoints?

 

Present your Cpoints membership card at the counter and inform the cashier that you would like to use your Cpoints to pay for the shipping charges of your PuntoMio package. Bear in mind, redeeming of Cpoints is not applicable for payment of charges other than shipping charges.

 

Can I earn or redeem points without my Cpoints membership card?

Earning of Cpoints is possible without using your Cpoints membership card. Cpoints will be added to your account automatically after each purchase. For redeeming points you need to have your Cpoints membership card with you.

 

Is it possible to pay for an item partially with Cpoints?

No, it is not possible to pay for an item using both cash and Cpoints. When redeeming, an item must be paid with Cpoints in full.

 

Can I still redeem my Cpoints on a package for which I’ve already paid in cash?

No, it is not possible to give refund for an item which you’ve already paid for with cash.

How can I view my account summary?

After you sign in, on the top right corner, click the button ‘User’ and then ‘Transaction Overview’.

 

How many days after earning or redeeming Cpoints, will they be reflected on my account?

Cpoints awarded or redeemed will be shown on the same day on your account.
